Still populating more items to my Etsy store. This was a handmade cedar bench for a wedding. Guests will sign the top and then will be sealed in to keep forever. I also wood-burned in the couples wedding date and a large heart. https://www.etsy.com/shop/HardrathDesign

Save the Dates have become one of my favorite things to work on. They are a celebration of love and reflection of the individual's personality and style. Excited for Jessica & Steve!

Having some fun building custom wood pieces. What started as some fun Holiday gifts has turned into a serious hobby and something I've always wanted to dedicate more time to doing. Check out my Etsy store or drop me a line if you would like some custom pieces built.
It's that time of the year again, 2015 athletic apparel custom order's are getting sent in so the clothing is in for Spring. www.velocause.org

I've been mulling over making some of the "crafty" projects I have fun with in my spare time, decided I would finally let some of it loose and have even more fun with it. You can now find my items at Waxwing in Shorewood, WI or on my Etsy site: https://www.etsy.com/shop/HardrathDesign

This is the logo and some of the t-shirts I've been working on for Cyclohaus, a new cyclocross inspired clothing line out of Belgium, WI. If you know cycling or cyclocross, you know that associating this town with the line makes it that much cooler. http://www.cyclohaus.com/
Here's the latest version of The City Market Menu I created for the Shorewood location. More to come soon. I use a variety of chalk and chalk-markers to make them easy to read.

A recent advertisement I created for BIKASE was published in Bicycling Magazine. I shot the photo over Lake Michigan at Concordia University and then added some of the new product line in.

I took part in a lovely 60th birthday celebration for Bill Koch where we rode 240+ miles from Prairie du Chien to Port Washington cutting straight across the entire state of Wisconsin in 2 days. What an adventure! These are the water-bottles that I designed which all of the riders received.

These were a blast to work on. I started with 4-5 concepts and through the help of Heidi, family & friends we weeded them down to this one that we liked. After we selected some brown envelopes that have wood-grain stamped into them I matched the brown & red tones to the colors of the invites. Finally, these were printed on a 80# natural card-stock and turned out great.

One of the more complex Photoshop projects to date. A fun project for CGCA and UW-Milwaukee. We shot a barrista pouring a few coffee drinks on location at Anodyne coffee and then I created a black hole accretion disc and the poster layout.

This was a project that cam full circle. I was involved in the product design for a rowing glove a few years ago and now that's it's selling well I was able to help out with graphics and marketing. Here's one of the banners for an upcoming trade-show.
These were some of the most unique wedding invites I've worked on. A foldable booklet with response card and bookmark to save wedding info. These were then printed on heavier white linen paper which turned out fantastic. Lastly, they had to be trimmed and assembled for the final product.

For this season Team Velocause purchased a van for the team and wanted to reflect that on the outside- this is some vinyl I put together until it get's the full wrap treatment next year.
With a full wrap we can change the color so they look more like the cycling kits.
