Milwaukee Cycling Center Industrial Bar Height Table

I worked with Cory Malchow to build a reclaimed timber, steel and reclaimed I-Beam industrial table for the Milwaukee Cycling Center.  This was a fantastic use for reclaimed materials and all the materials tied in together well.

2016 Holiday Line

I've been busy in the shop this Holiday season expanding on the ornaments from the last two Holiday seasons.  This year I will be offering a variety of home decor goods including phone stands, wine racks, bottle openers, coasters, candle holders and art.  These products have a new life as many of the materials are reused or reclaimed.  You can track down the goods at 3 local Milwaukee Arts & Crafts shows, Etsy and by individual ordering.

2016 TVC Kit

This year marks a big sponsorship and a new design/logo for Team Velocause.  These will once again be printed by Castelli.   http://velocause.org/

Pete's Garage Logo

Pete's Garage in Green Bay, WI was looking for a new logo.  The owner's truck made a perfect icon to use for the logo representing the shop.  https://www.facebook.com/tcctradingpost/

Retail Benches

I love using reclaimed materials whenever possible.  There is true beauty in materials that stand the test of time and show their life in a beautiful patina.  These are 4 reclaimed Elm rough sawn benches I made for a client using them in a retail (shoe) store.  The bases are welded steal legs with plastic caps.

Hodous Save the Dates & Wedding Invites

Mike & Erin's Save the Date & Wedding Invite.  The Save the Date photo is a beautiful shot of the proposal.  The original was out of focus so I refocused it in Photoshop by combining multiple layers and blending them to refocus it

Paukner Wedding Invites

The Paukner invites for Jessica & Steve turned out great.  The concept was a tear-off system where there were multiple versions sent out to wedding guests.  You then could tear off the response card and wedding info.  Jess & Steve had a beautiful barn wedding in the country.

Copeland Wedding Invites

This was such a fun project to work on with Preston & Stephanie.  These are wedding invites that fold into themselves to ship out, no envelopes necessary.  They also used a wedding website to cut down on response cards & wedding info details.

A Novel Idea Logo and Business Cards

Andrea creates beautiful folded book art- I designed a logo and identity to go along with her products.  These are the bookmark business cards she will be using.

Custom Breakfast Nook

I must like large pieces of furniture that are just barely manageable with 1 person.   This was a fun project for a family in our neighborhood.  Custom breakfast nook- bench, table and bench.  The benches tops open up to allow a ton of room for storage.  The bench slides in under the table making a smaller kitchen more manageable while allowing more than enough room for the whole family to eat together.   Built with Oak and birch plywood, painted with Benjamin Moore Aura paint which is fantastic for cleaning.

Custom Adjustable Coffee Table

This project posed quite a few design challenges.  My customer in New York wanted a solid Maple coffee table for a keyboard and misc items that could adjust 6"-8" in height yet remain solid.  I came up with adjustable feet that I think met the challenge of Form and Function keeping a mid-century and clean aesthetic. The "feet" were on a pinned hinge system that allow them to rotate down and lock in to raise the while coffee table up.  I added in some brushed hardware and bits of Cherry wood to accentuate the Maple to finish it all off.
